Ingredients

Vinegared sardine
20 fillet
Rosemary
1 sprig
Dried chilli pepper
2
Garlic
2 cloves
Salt
1 tsp
Black pepper
some
Olive oil
some

Directions

  1. Lay vinegared sardines out on heat-resistant dish.
  2. Dash rosemary, garlic, chilli pepper, salt and pepper over it.
  3. Pour olive oil until it covers sardines.
  4. Preheat oven to 80℃. Bake sardine for 2 hours.
  5. Let it cool down. Then cool it in a refrigerator.
