Ingredients
- Vinegared sardine
- 20 fillet
- Rosemary
- 1 sprig
- Dried chilli pepper
- 2

- 2 cloves
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Black pepper

Directions
- Lay vinegared sardines out on heat-resistant dish.
- Dash rosemary, garlic, chilli pepper, salt and pepper over it.
- Pour olive oil until it covers sardines.
- Preheat oven to 80℃. Bake sardine for 2 hours.
- Let it cool down. Then cool it in a refrigerator.
