Ingredients

Frozen shark fin (defrost in hot water)
1 pack
Heavy cream
200cc
Rice
300g
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Shredded mozzarella cheese
5 tbsp
Croutons
some

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200℃.
  2. Mix shark fin, heavy cream and soy sauce.
  3. Lay out rice all over the heat-resistant dish.
  4. Pour shark fin sauce over rice. Sprinkle shredded cheese and croutons on top.
  5. Bake it in preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is browned.
