Ingredients
- Yuzu sardine
- 1 pack
- Thai basil chopped finely
- 2 tsp
- Kaffir lime leaf chopped finely
- 1 tsp
- Minced onions
- 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce
- 2 tsp
- Egg, beaten
- 1
- Panko
- Cooking oil
Directions
- Drain sardines, mash with a fork.
- Add chopped basil, lime leaf, onions, fish sauce and 2 tbsps beaten egg, mix thoroughly to combine.
- Add 2 tbsp panko to mixture
- Form patties and chill for 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.
- When ready to cook, use remainder beaten egg to coat the patties, coat with panko and lightly fry on medium heat until golden brown.
