Ingredients
- Smoked marlin tuna marrinated in olive oil
- 1 pack
- Green onion
- 1 stalk
- Onion
- 1/4
- Heavy whipping cream
- 100ml
- Canned diced tomato
- 200g
- Salt

- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- Garlic
- 1 clove
- Water
- 1000ml
- Salt (for boiling)
- 1 tbsp
- Pasta (use one for "Al Dente" perfection in 7 munites)
- 120g
- White wine
- 10ml
Directions
- Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water.
- Cut tuna into 1cm cube.
- Finely chop onion and green onion.
- Put olive oil in a pan and saute garlic over low heat.
- Lightly brown garlic in a pan and add chopped onion and green onion. Keep frying and add a dash of salt and pepper.
- Once onion gets translucent, add tuna in a pan.
- Lightly saute tuna. Add the can of tomato and let it come up to simmer over midium heat.
- Once it reaches a simmer, add white wine and cook until alcohol cooks off. At last add heavy cream to it.
- Add pasta to skillet and toss gently to combine. Transfer to a platter and serve.
