Ingredients
- Smoked marlin tuna slices marrinated in olive oil
- 12 slices
- Leaf lettuce
- 4 leaves
- Onion
- 1/2
- 1, Olive oil
- 2 tbsp
- 1, Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp
- 1,Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp
- 1,Grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp
- 1, Salt

- 1,Black pepper

Directions
- Tear leaf lettuce into bite size.
- Thinly slice onion and soak them in water for about 10 minutes. Then drain water off of onion.
- Add all ingredients of 1, into bowl and mix.
- Plate tuna, leaf lettuce and onion. Serve with sauce and dig in.
