This tuna version of carpaccio is perfect to serve with flavorful lemon sauce.

Originated in Oaxaca, Mexico. He worked for several famous cake shops and bakeries. Currently he's working at a fancy beach side Mediterranean restaurant. A dad of 4 beautiful kids and a devoted husband in his private life.

Ingredients

Smoked marlin tuna slices marrinated in olive oil
12 slices
Leaf lettuce
4 leaves
Onion
1/2
1, Olive oil
2 tbsp
1, Lemon juice
1 tbsp
1,Soy sauce
1/2 tsp
1,Grated garlic
1/2 tsp
1, Salt
some
1,Black pepper
some
Onion (minced)
1/4

Directions

  1. Tear leaf lettuce into bite size.
  2. Thinly slice onion and soak them in water for about 10 minutes. Then drain water off of onion.
  3. Add all ingredients of 1, into bowl and mix.
  4. Plate tuna, leaf lettuce and onion. Serve with sauce and dig in.
