Ingredients
- IQF dressed sardines
- 2 fish
- Umeboshi
- 5 g
- Water
- 100 ml
- Sake
- 20 ml
- Koikuchi soy sauce
- 20 ml
- Mirin
- 20 ml
- Sugar
- 10 g
Directions
- Sautee the sardines, skin side down.
- Add the other ingredients and simmer at low heat.
