Ingredients

IQF dressed sardines
2 fish
Umeboshi
5 g
Water
100 ml
Sake
20 ml
Koikuchi soy sauce
20 ml
Mirin
20 ml
Sugar
10 g

Directions

  1. Sautee the sardines, skin side down.
  2. Add the other ingredients and simmer at low heat.
