Ingredients
- Sea squirt
- 2 tbsp
- Serrano chilli
- 4 pieces
- Garlic
- 2 cloves
- Chilli pepper
- 1 piece
- Boil water
- 1000 ml
- Salt for boil
- 1 tbsp
- Black pepper

- Pasta (spagetti)
- 120 g
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp
Directions
- In a pan, heat olive oil, minced garlic and chilli pepper on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add diced onion, stir until they get nice brown color.
- Add chicken and tomatoes, simmer on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add sea squirt, bay leaf and white wine, simmer on medium heat.
- Add boiled pasta into a pan. Pour some pasta cooking water little by little (about 80ml in total). Make a circle when mixing pasta and cooking water to make it to milky liquid.
- Once liquid is absorbed, take out the bay leaf and serve on a plate topped with some black pepper.
