Sea squirt Chilli tomato sauce

Sea squirt
2 tbsp
Serrano chilli
4 pieces
2 cloves
Chilli pepper
1 piece
Boil water
1000 ml
Salt for boil
1 tbsp
Black pepper
Pasta (spagetti)
120 g
Olive oil
2 tbsp


  1. In a pan, heat olive oil, minced garlic and chilli pepper on low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add diced onion, stir until they get nice brown color.
  3. Add chicken and tomatoes, simmer on high heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add sea squirt, bay leaf and white wine, simmer on medium heat.
  5. Add boiled pasta into a pan. Pour some pasta cooking water little by little (about 80ml in total). Make a circle when mixing pasta and cooking water to make it to milky liquid.
  6. Once liquid is absorbed, take out the bay leaf and serve on a plate topped with some black pepper.
