Ingredients
- Glaze-broiled saury (ready to eat)
- 1 pack
- Glaze (included in a package)
- 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp
- Cumin powder
- 1/3 tsp
- Chilli pepper
- 1/2 tsp
- Spinach
- 1 cup
- Shredded cheese
- 1/2
- Tortilla
- 2
- Salt

Directions
- Place cream cheese, glaze on heat-resistant container. Microwave to warm.
- Once cream cheese gets soft, add saury, spinach. Microwave to warm.
- Add cumin powder, chilli pepper. If it tastes bland, add some salt.
- Spread out some cream cheese mixture on a tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese over it and fold in half.
- Heat a skillet, grill a tortilla until lighly browned.
- Watch for the cheese to melt. Plate and serve.
Remarks
Do not add oil in a skillet. Use low heat and let the cheese melt slowly.
