Japanese radish brings out flavor of smoked yellowtail. Best served chilled.

Ingredients

Smoked yellowtail slice
6 slices
Japanese radish (cut into thick sticks)
6 pieces
Shiso leaf (Japanese basil)
3 leaves
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Lemon
1/8

Directions

  1. Cut radish into thick sticks.
  2. Take a slice of yellowtail and wrap around radish stick. Repeat and make six of them.
  3. Plate it with finely chopped shiso leaves on top.
  4. Drizzle olive oil, squeeze lemon over it and serve.

Remarks

For better taste, chill radish sticks in iced water.
