Ingredients
- Smoked yellowtail slice
- 6 slices
- Japanese radish (cut into thick sticks)
- 6 pieces
- Shiso leaf (Japanese basil)
- 3 leaves
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- Lemon
- 1/8
Directions
- Cut radish into thick sticks.
- Take a slice of yellowtail and wrap around radish stick. Repeat and make six of them.
- Plate it with finely chopped shiso leaves on top.
- Drizzle olive oil, squeeze lemon over it and serve.
Remarks
For better taste, chill radish sticks in iced water.
