Ingredients
- Stem seaweed
- 100g
- Pork belly
- 50g
- Garlic
- 1 clove
- Noodle soup base
- 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce
- 1 tsp
- Butter
- 10g
- Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp
- Water (for boiling pasta)
- 1000ml
- Salt (for boil)
- 1 tbsp

- 120g

Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Add sesame oil in cold skillet. Add chopped garlic and saute over midium heat.
- Once garlic is lightly browned, add chopped pork belly. Saute over midium heat.
- Once pork is cooked, add drained stem seaweed, noodle soup base, soy sauce, 300cc of reseved pasta water. Keep stir frying.
- Add cooked pasta and toss. Plate topped with sesame and serve.
