Ingredients

Stem seaweed
100g
Pork belly
50g
Garlic
1 clove
Noodle soup base
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Butter
10g
Sesame oil
3 tbsp
Water (for boiling pasta)
1000ml
Salt (for boil)
1 tbsp
Pasta
120g
Sesame
some

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Add sesame oil in cold skillet. Add chopped garlic and saute over midium heat.
  3. Once garlic is lightly browned, add chopped pork belly. Saute over midium heat.
  4. Once pork is cooked, add drained stem seaweed, noodle soup base, soy sauce, 300cc of reseved pasta water. Keep stir frying.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss. Plate topped with sesame and serve.
