Ingredients

Seared marinated mackerel
9 slices
Spring roll skin
3
Cucumber
1/2
Silantro
2 stalks
Mizuna (Japanese mustard green)
2 stalks
Cream cheese
Sweet chilli sauce
20g
Hot water
some

Directions

  1. Shred cucumber.
  2. Cut cilantro and mizuna (Japanese mustard green) into 5cm long.
  3. Soak spring roll skin in hot water to soften.
  4. Pile cucumber, cilantro, mizuna (Japanese mustard green). cream cheese and mackerel on a spring roll skin. Wrap and roll the filling.
  5. Cut spring rolls. Plate and serve.
