Ingredients
- Seared marinated mackerel
- 9 slices
- Spring roll skin
- 3
- Cucumber
- 1/2
- Silantro
- 2 stalks
- Mizuna (Japanese mustard green)
- 2 stalks
- Cream cheese
- Sweet chilli sauce
- 20g
- Hot water

Directions
- Shred cucumber.
- Cut cilantro and mizuna (Japanese mustard green) into 5cm long.
- Soak spring roll skin in hot water to soften.
- Pile cucumber, cilantro, mizuna (Japanese mustard green). cream cheese and mackerel on a spring roll skin. Wrap and roll the filling.
- Cut spring rolls. Plate and serve.
