Ingredients
- Napa cabbege
- 1/4
- Salt
- 6 tbsp
- <Spicy kimch paste>
- Combine rest of all ingredients.
- Korean red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp
- Korean red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp
- Salted sea squirt
- 2 tbsp
- Japanese soup base packet
- 1 pack
- Noodle soup base
- 2 tsp
- Grated ginger
- 2 tsp
- Grated garlic
- 2 tsp
Directions
- Massage salt into cabbege. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the spice paste.
- Rinse cabbege with water and drain well.
- Spread spice paste over each leaf (make sure to coat all leaves with paste).
- Let it sit for more than 2 hours. Keep it in a refrigerator.
