Ingredients

Napa cabbege
1/4
Salt
6 tbsp
<Spicy kimch paste>
Combine rest of all ingredients.
Korean red pepper powder
2 tbsp
Korean red pepper flakes
2 tbsp
Salted sea squirt
2 tbsp
Japanese soup base packet
1 pack
Noodle soup base
2 tsp
Grated ginger
2 tsp
Grated garlic
2 tsp

Directions

  1. Massage salt into cabbege. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the spice paste.
  3. Rinse cabbege with water and drain well.
  4. Spread spice paste over each leaf (make sure to coat all leaves with paste).
  5. Let it sit for more than 2 hours. Keep it in a refrigerator.
