Ingredients

Baked oyster
Baked oyster
Cabbege
1/2
Carrot
1/3
Corn
30g
Vinegar
3 tbsp
Sugar
3 tbsp
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Salt (for rubbing)
1 tsp
Dill
some

Directions

  1. Chop cabbege and carrot. Rub with salt to soften.
  2. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Drain well with hand.
  3. Add vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped vegetable, corn, chopped baked oyster into a bowl and toss.
  5. Plate topped with dill and serve.
