Ingredients

- 1/2
- Carrot
- 1/3
- Corn
- 30g
- Vinegar
- 3 tbsp
- Sugar
- 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp
- Salt (for rubbing)
- 1 tsp
- Dill
- some
Directions
- Chop cabbege and carrot. Rub with salt to soften.
- Let it sit for 20 minutes. Drain well with hand.
- Add vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add chopped vegetable, corn, chopped baked oyster into a bowl and toss.
- Plate topped with dill and serve.
