Ingredients

Lightly dried squid

Onion
1/2
Carrot
1/4
Celery
1
Olive oil
2 tbsp
Vinegar
2 tbsp
Whole grain mustard
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Pepper
some

Directions

  1. Cook squid in a boiling water for 3 minutes. Let it cool down and slice.
  2. Slice onion and soak them in water.
  3. Once the pungency of onion is removed, drain well.
  4. Shred carrot, celery.
  5. Mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Toss everything with dressing. Plate and serve.
