Ingredients
- Lightly dried squid
- 1
- Onion
- 1/2
- Carrot
- 1/4
- Celery
- 1
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp
- Vinegar
- 2 tbsp
- Whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp
- Sugar
- 1 tbsp
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper

Directions
- Cook squid in a boiling water for 3 minutes. Let it cool down and slice.
- Slice onion and soak them in water.
- Once the pungency of onion is removed, drain well.
- Shred carrot, celery.
- Mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss everything with dressing. Plate and serve.
