Ingredients
- Konbu (kelp) cured cod
- 12 pieces
- Pickled thinly sliced radish
- 4 slices
- <Carpaccio sauce>
- Combine rest of all ingredients
- Olive oil
- 15cc
- Lemon
- 1/2
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Soy sauce

- Black pepper

Directions
- Cut cod into bite size.
- Rinse pickled radish with water and drain well.
- Prepare carpaccio sauce.
- Place cod onto radish. Pour some carpaccio sauce to finish.
