Ingredients

Konbu (kelp) cured cod
12 pieces
Pickled thinly sliced radish
4 slices
<Carpaccio sauce>
Combine rest of all ingredients
Olive oil
15cc
Lemon
1/2
Salt
1 tsp
Soy sauce
some
Black pepper
some

Directions

  1. Cut cod into bite size.
  2. Rinse pickled radish with water and drain well.
  3. Prepare carpaccio sauce.
  4. Place cod onto radish. Pour some carpaccio sauce to finish.
