Ingredients
- vinegared mackerel
- 1/2 pack
- Baguette
- 20 cm or less
- Lettuce
- 1 leaf
- Onion
- 1/4
- Bell pepper
- 1/4
- Coriander
- 5 g
- Tomato, sliced
- 1/4
- Seasoning: Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp
- Carrot, grated
- 1/3 tsp
- Salt
- A pinch
- Pepper
- A pinch
Directions
- Finely chop the onion.
- Julienne the bell pepper.
- Slice the Kinka mackerel prosciutto.
- Mix the onion and seasoning together.
- Use a bread knife to make a cut in the round side of the baguette, about halfway through its thickness.
- Lay the lettuce inside the cut in the baguette.
- Put the tomato on the lettuce.
- Put (4) on the tomato.
- Put the Kinka mackerel prosciutto on (4).
- Put the bell pepper and coriander on the Kinka mackerel prosciutto.
