Kinka mackerel prosciutto and cream cheese sandwich

Ingredients

vinegared mackerel
1/2 pack
Baguette
20 cm or less
Lettuce
1 leaf
Onion
1/4
Bell pepper
1/4
Coriander
5 g
Tomato, sliced
1/4
Seasoning: Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
Olive oil
1 tsp
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Carrot, grated
1/3 tsp
Salt
A pinch
Pepper
A pinch

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Julienne the bell pepper.
  3. Slice the Kinka mackerel prosciutto.
  4. Mix the onion and seasoning together.
  5. Use a bread knife to make a cut in the round side of the baguette, about halfway through its thickness.
  6. Lay the lettuce inside the cut in the baguette.
  7. Put the tomato on the lettuce.
  8. Put (4) on the tomato.
  9. Put the Kinka mackerel prosciutto on (4).
  10. Put the bell pepper and coriander on the Kinka mackerel prosciutto.
