Ingredients
- Vinegared mackerel
- 1/3 fillet
- Curry powder
- 1 tsp
- Yogurt
- 2 tbsp
- Cucumber
- 1/5
- Onion
- 1/6
- Tomato
- 1/4
- Lettuce
- 1
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp
- Whole grain mustard
- 2 tsp
- Baguette
- 1/4
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp
Directions
- Shred cucumber.
- Slice tomato, onion.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Grill mackerel both sides for 3 minutes over midium heat.
- Add curry powder, yogurt in a skillet. Saute and coat mackerel with sauce. Try not to break mackerel.
- Slice baguette and toast lightly. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on baguette.
- Lay lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, grilled mackerel on sliced baguette. Top with another sliced baguette to make sandwich. Serve.
