Ingredients
- Smoked oyster
- 4
- Potato
- 3
- Onion
- 1/2
- Cucumber
- 1/2
- Boiled egg
- 2
- Vinegar
- 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp
- Yogurt
- 1 tbsp
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper

Directions
- Peel skin off potato. Cut slices 5mm thick. Boil until cooked.
- Sprinkle some salt over sliced cucumber and onion. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
- After draininig the potato, mash along with vinegar.
- Cut smoked oyster into four pieces.
- Drain cucumber and onion well.
- Combine oyster, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt with mashed potato.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Plate and serve.
