Ingredients

Smoked oyster

Potato
3
Onion
1/2
Cucumber
1/2
Boiled egg
2
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Mayonnaise
3 tbsp
Yogurt
1 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Pepper
some

Directions

  1. Peel skin off potato. Cut slices 5mm thick. Boil until cooked.
  2. Sprinkle some salt over sliced cucumber and onion. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
  3. After draininig the potato, mash along with vinegar.
  4. Cut smoked oyster into four pieces.
  5. Drain cucumber and onion well.
  6. Combine oyster, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt with mashed potato.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste. Plate and serve.
