Ingredients
- Sea squirt
- 6 pieces
- Green onion
- 1/2 bunch
- White miso
- 150g
- Suger
- 1 tsp
- Vinegar
- 1 tbsp
- Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking sake)
- 1 tsp
- Ground sesami
- 1/2 tsp
- Japanese mustard paste
- 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Cut sea squirt into bite size.
- Rinse and drain green onions. Chop them into 3-4cm.
- Make paste with miso and sugar. When smooth, add vinegar, ground sesami and mustard paste. Mix well.
- Add sea squirt and green onions into mixture. Arrange on a plate and serve.
Remarks
If you're not big fun of raw green onions, microwave 45 seconds at 600W before cooking.
