Sea squirt Green onion dressed with vinegar and miso

Ingredients

Sea squirt
6 pieces
Green onion
1/2 bunch
White miso
150g
Suger
1 tsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking sake)
1 tsp
Ground sesami
1/2 tsp
Japanese mustard paste
1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Cut sea squirt into bite size.
  2. Rinse and drain green onions. Chop them into 3-4cm.
  3. Make paste with miso and sugar. When smooth, add vinegar, ground sesami and mustard paste. Mix well.
  4. Add sea squirt and green onions into mixture. Arrange on a plate and serve.

Remarks

If you're not big fun of raw green onions, microwave 45 seconds at 600W before cooking.
