Ingredients
- Aomori vinegared mackerel
- 1/2 pack
- Gari (pickled sushi ginger)
- As desired
- Cooked rice
- 200g
- Grain vinegar
- 11 cc
- Sugar
- 7 g
- Salt
- 2 g
Directions
- Heat the rice and mix it with the grain vinegar, sugar, and salt to make sushi rice.
- Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap. Place the vinegared mackerel on the plastic wrap, skin side down.
- Cover the mackerel with ginger.
- Arrange the sushi rice on top of the ginger in a cylindrical shape.
- Wrap the sushi roll in the plastic wrap, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper, and let it sit until the flavors mix.
- Unwrap the sushi roll, cut it into bite-sized slices, and grill the slices with a burner.
