Ingredients

- Sweet miso
- 30g
- Sugar
- 15g
- Sake
- 10ml
- Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking sake)
- 10ml
- Butter
- 10g
- Green onion

Directions
- Mix sweet miso, sugar, sake, mirin, butter in a ziplock bag. Add defrosted oyster to marinate. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- Bake marinated oysters in toaster oven for about 7 minutes.
- Plate and garnish chopped green onion top. Serve.
Remarks
Looks more delicous if you use oyster shells as a plate.
