Ingredients

Oyster
8
Sweet miso
30g
Sugar
15g
Sake
10ml
Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking sake)
10ml
Butter
10g
Green onion
some

Directions

  1. Mix sweet miso, sugar, sake, mirin, butter in a ziplock bag. Add defrosted oyster to marinate. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  2. Bake marinated oysters in toaster oven for about 7 minutes.
  3. Plate and garnish chopped green onion top. Serve.

Remarks

Looks more delicous if you use oyster shells as a plate.
