Ingredients
- Sardine
- 20 pieces of filet
- Onion
- 1
- Carrot
- 1/2
- Bell pepper
- 4
- Lemon

- (1)Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp
- (1)Vinegar
- 9 tbsp
- (1)Sugar
- 6 tbsp
- (1)Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking sake)
- 1 tsp
- (1)Chilli pepper
- 1
Directions
- Shred onion, carrot and bell pepper into fine strip.
- Put all seasoning ① into pan and bring to boil. Then turn the heat off immediately.
- Coat sardines with potato starch. Then deep fry them at 180℃ until cooked.
- Drain excess oil from sardines and dip them into heated seasoning A for an instant. Place them in a bowl.
- Also dip shredded vegetables into heated seasoning A. Then cover sardiens with vegetables.
- Decorate with slices of peeled lemon.
- Let it cool and place it in a refrigerator for a day.
