Ingredients

Saury
1 pack
potate
1
leak

Reblochon cheese
1
Cream cheese
1 tablespoon

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the potate, then put it in microwave 2 mins
  2. Slice the leek diagonally
  3. Slice the cheese thinly
  4. Caramelize leek, then mix this and saury with cream cheese.
  5. Put half of the heated potatoes and (procedure 5) in a casserole. Put the rest of the potatoes on top.
  6. Place the sliced cheese all over the top of casserole
  7. Bake at 200C for 15 mins unti cheese has melted and topping is golden brown.
