Ingredients

- Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Peel and slice the potate, then put it in microwave 2 mins
- Slice the leek diagonally
- Slice the cheese thinly
- Caramelize leek, then mix this and saury with cream cheese.
- Put half of the heated potatoes and (procedure 5) in a casserole. Put the rest of the potatoes on top.
- Place the sliced cheese all over the top of casserole
- Bake at 200C for 15 mins unti cheese has melted and topping is golden brown.
