Mackerel jalapeno pizza

Ingredients

Pizza crust (store bought)
1
Pizza sauce
1 jar
Mozzarella cheese
100g
Canned mackerel in water
1 box
Pickled jalapeno
optional
Chilli pepper flake
some

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250℃.
  2. Drain canned mackerel.
  3. Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust. Tear mozzarella cheese and place it on the pizza crust.
  4. Top with mackerel, pickled jalapeno. Transfer pizza to preheated oven. Bake until cheese is melted.
  5. Once baked, sprinkle some chilli flake if you like.
