Ingredients
- Vinegared mackerel
- 40g
- Sea squirt
- 30g
- Chow mein
- 1 serving
- Green onion
- some
- White sesame
- some
- Raw seaweed
- 20g
- Chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce
- 1 tsp
- Grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp
- Grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp
- Cooking sake (sake)
- 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Pour some boiled water on seaweed to remove salt. Mix all seasoning from chicken bouillon to cooking sake in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan, and stir fry cut sea squirt and chow mein.
- Cut vinegared mackerel into bite size and add it in a pan.
- Add mixed seasoning in a pan and keep stir frying.
- Right before sea squirt is cooked, add seaweed in a pan and cook for 15 seconds.
- Arrange on a plate topped with minced green onion, sesame and serve.
