Ingredients
- Cut open and dried channel rockfish
- 1 piece
- Olive oil

- Cherry tomatoes

- Clams (clean and purge)

- White wine
- 20cc
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Pepper

Directions
- Pour some olive oil in a skillet. Grill fish until the skin is slighly blowned over medium heat.
- Cut cherry tomatoes, olives into wedges.
- Add cut tomatoes, olives, clams into a skillet. Dash salt and pepper and cover with lid. Cook over medium heat.
- Cook until clam shell opens and wait about 5 more minutes to finish up.
