Ingredients

Cut open and dried channel rockfish
1 piece
Olive oil
3 tbsp
Cherry tomatoes

Black olive

Clams (clean and purge)
15
White wine
20cc
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper
some

Directions

  1. Pour some olive oil in a skillet. Grill fish until the skin is slighly blowned over medium heat.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes, olives into wedges.
  3. Add cut tomatoes, olives, clams into a skillet. Dash salt and pepper and cover with lid. Cook over medium heat.
  4. Cook until clam shell opens and wait about 5 more minutes to finish up.
