Sea squirt Fruit Salad

The scent of ocean and fruity flavor makes a very good match. Recommended for people who aren't a big fan of sea squirt.

Ingredients

Sea squirt
6 slices
Grapefruits
1/8
Orange
1/8
Kiwi
1/2
Pineapple
6 slices
Cilantro
1 bunch
Sudachi (Japanese Citrus) or Lime
1/2
Olive oil
2 tbsp
Salt
pinch

Directions

  1. Cut fruits into bite size.
  2. Arrnage fruits and cilantro on plate.
  3. Rinse sliced sea squirt with water and arrange them on fruit salad.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over salad and put a sliced sudachi (Japanese citrus) on it.

Remarks

Squeezing sudachi (Japanese cirtus) over salad gives more flavor.
