Ingredients
- Sea squirt
- 6 slices
- Grapefruits
- 1/8
- Orange
- 1/8
- Kiwi
- 1/2
- Pineapple
- 6 slices
- Cilantro
- 1 bunch
- Sudachi (Japanese Citrus) or Lime
- 1/2
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- pinch
Directions
- Cut fruits into bite size.
- Arrnage fruits and cilantro on plate.
- Rinse sliced sea squirt with water and arrange them on fruit salad.
- Drizzle olive oil over salad and put a sliced sudachi (Japanese citrus) on it.
Remarks
Squeezing sudachi (Japanese cirtus) over salad gives more flavor.
