Ingredients
- Flour
- 170g
- Dry yeast
- 4g
- Salt
- 5g
- Black pepper
- a pinch
- Shaved flaffy kelp
- 6g
- Water
- 200g
- Frying oil
- some
Directions
- Tear shaved kelp into small pieces with hands.
- Add all ingredients (except oil) into bowl and mix well until smooth.
- Place lid or plastic wrap on the bowl and let the dough rise for 2 hours.
- Once the dough has doubled in size, prepare to heat the oil. Use ice cream scoop to shape the dough and deep fry.
- Wait until the dough float back up in oil and turn golden brown. Serve immediately.
