Ingredients

Flour
170g
Dry yeast
4g
Salt
5g
Black pepper
a pinch
Shaved flaffy kelp
6g
Water
200g
Frying oil
some

Directions

  1. Tear shaved kelp into small pieces with hands.
  2. Add all ingredients (except oil) into bowl and mix well until smooth.
  3. Place lid or plastic wrap on the bowl and let the dough rise for 2 hours.
  4. Once the dough has doubled in size, prepare to heat the oil. Use ice cream scoop to shape the dough and deep fry.
  5. Wait until the dough float back up in oil and turn golden brown. Serve immediately.
