Ingredients
- Spicy marinated mackerel
- 1/2 pack
- Lettuce
- 3 leaves
- Tomato
- 1/2
- Avocado
- 1/2
- Onion
- 50 g
- Coriander
- 5 g
- Sour cream
- As desired
- Tortilla chips
- As desired
- Cooked rice
- 2 servings
- Mixed cheese
- 50 g
- Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper
- A pinch
- Olive oil

Directions
- Finely dice the tomato, onion, and coriander, and then mix them together.
- Dice the avocado.
- Cut the lettuce into rough strips.
- Transfer the rice to a plate and sprinkle with the lettuce.
- Slice the marinated mackerel and arrange it on top of the lettuce.
- Add (1) and the avocado on top of the mackerel.
- Add cream cheese as desired.
- Arrange tortilla chips on top and sprinkle with mixed cheese as desired.
