Ingredients

Spicy marinated mackerel
1/2 pack
Lettuce
3 leaves
Tomato
1/2
Avocado
1/2
Onion
50 g
Coriander
5 g
Sour cream
As desired
Tortilla chips
As desired
Cooked rice
2 servings
Mixed cheese
50 g
Lemon juice
1 Tbsp
Salt and pepper
A pinch
Olive oil
1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Finely dice the tomato, onion, and coriander, and then mix them together.
  2. Dice the avocado.
  3. Cut the lettuce into rough strips.
  4. Transfer the rice to a plate and sprinkle with the lettuce.
  5. Slice the marinated mackerel and arrange it on top of the lettuce.
  6. Add (1) and the avocado on top of the mackerel.
  7. Add cream cheese as desired.
  8. Arrange tortilla chips on top and sprinkle with mixed cheese as desired.
