Aqua pazza with wakame seaweed
Acqua pazza looks gorgeous but it's very easy. The point is to add wakame seaweed which is low in calories and has plenty of nutrition and functional ingredients. The soup is tastefully flavored with plenty of seafood.

Ingredients

- 50g
- octopuc
- 150g
- clams
- 200g
- white fish
- 1 piece
- Shrimp
- 3
- mini tomatoes
- 7-8

- Garlic
- 1 piece
- white wine
- 1 cup
- salt and pepper

Directions
- Put clam shells into seawater for removing the sand.
- Cut the wakame seaweed into small pieces and chop the octopus into pieces. Cut the mini tomatoes and mushrooms in half.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced garlics and cook until it smells good.
- When the garlic smells good, take it out from the skillet. Then add season the shrimp and white fish with salt and pepper, and cook over high heat.
- When the white fish and shrimp are well browned, add octopus, clams, tomatoes and mushrooms. Pour white wine in the skillet.
- Once shells open, add wakame seaweed and serve.
