- 200g
- Potato starch
- 1 tbsp
- Salt

- A Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp
- A Sake
- 1 tbsp
- A Soy sauce
- 1 tsp
- A Sugar
- 1 tsp
- A Chicken stock power
- 1 tsp
- A Garlic (grated)
- 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp
Directions
- Remove seed from bell pepper and shred.
- Shred bamboo shoot.
- Shred pork and then put in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and potato starch.
- Heat saseme oil in a pan and stir fry at midium heat. Once lightly cook, add bell pepper and bamboo shoot.
- When bell pepper is soft, add all seasoning A and oyster. Let the flavor to blend.
- Turn the heat off. Plate and serve.
