Ingredients

1 jar
Pork
300g
Bell pepper
4
Bamboo shoot
200g
Potato starch
1 tbsp
Salt
some
Pepper
some
A Oyster sauce
2 tbsp
A Sake
1 tbsp
A Soy sauce
1 tsp
A Sugar
1 tsp
A Chicken stock power
1 tsp
A Garlic (grated)
1/2 tsp
Sesame oil
1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Remove seed from bell pepper and shred.
  2. Shred bamboo shoot.
  3. Shred pork and then put in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and potato starch.
  4. Heat saseme oil in a pan and stir fry at midium heat. Once lightly cook, add bell pepper and bamboo shoot.
  5. When bell pepper is soft, add all seasoning A and oyster. Let the flavor to blend.
  6. Turn the heat off. Plate and serve.
