Ingredients
- Sea squirt
- 4 pieces
- Blue cheese
- 18g
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- Salt
- pinch
- Black pepper
- pinch
- Seaweed jam
- to taste
- Baguette
- 2 slices
- Cut pineapple
- 1 picece
Directions
- Spread blue cheese on sliced baguette.
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil and salt to make dressing. Slice sea squirt into 2mm and mix with dressing.
- Place sea squirt on baguette and bake in toaster oven for 3 minuites.
- When done bake, sprinkle thinly sliced cut pineapple on baguette.
- Lightly sprinkle some pepper topped with a little bit of seaweed jam.
Remarks
You can cover baguette with foil to keep from burning. Seaweed jam is preserved food simmered in soy sauce.
