Sea squirt with Blue cheese Bruschetta

Originated in Oaxaca, Mexico. He worked for several famous cake shops and bakeries. Currently he's working at a fancy beach side Mediterranean restaurant. A dad of 4 beautiful kids and a devoted husband in his private life.

Ingredients

Sea squirt
4 pieces
Blue cheese
18g
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Salt
pinch
Black pepper
pinch
Seaweed jam
to taste
Baguette
2 slices
Cut pineapple
1 picece

Directions

  1. Spread blue cheese on sliced baguette.
  2. Mix lemon juice, olive oil and salt to make dressing. Slice sea squirt into 2mm and mix with dressing.
  3. Place sea squirt on baguette and bake in toaster oven for 3 minuites.
  4. When done bake, sprinkle thinly sliced cut pineapple on baguette.
  5. Lightly sprinkle some pepper topped with a little bit of seaweed jam.

Remarks

You can cover baguette with foil to keep from burning. Seaweed jam is preserved food simmered in soy sauce.
