Ingredients
- Mackerel
- 1 piece of filet
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp
- Galic (cut in half)
- 1 clove
- Cherry tomato
- 4
- Black olive
- 4
- Dill (if any)
- some
- Lemon
- 2 slices
- Salt
- some
- Cumin
- some
- Paprika powder
- some
Directions
- Cut mackerel filet in half.
- Cut cherry tometo in wedges. Slice olive. Finely chop garlic.
- Heat oilve oil in a skillet. Saute minced garlic until fragrant. Place mackerel skin-side down and grill.
- Add sliced lemon in a skillet. Saute both sides until browned.
- Flip mackerel. Add cherry tomato and olive in a skillet.
- Add some salt and cumin powder to taste.
- Plate and serve topped with dill (if any) and paprika powder.
