Ingredients
- Vinegared Mackerel
- 1 piece of fillet
- Onion
- 1
- Carrot
- 1/2
- Salt
- pinch
- Lemon
- 5 slices
- <Dressing> Vinegar
- 50cc
- EVOO
- 50cc
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- some if desired
- Black pepper
- some if desired
Directions
- Slice mackerel into 5mm slices diagonally.
- Thinly slice onion, cut carrot into fine strips and salt on it. Once vegetable are soft, wring it dry.
- Mix vegetable and mackerel with dressing. Place it onto plate.
- Cover salad with sliced lemons to enhance flavor.
