Juicy marinated Mackerel salad with lemon scent. Perfect for side menu or appetizer.

Ingredients

Vinegared Mackerel
1 piece of fillet
Onion
1
Carrot
1/2
Salt
pinch
Lemon
5 slices
<Dressing> Vinegar
50cc
EVOO
50cc
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Salt
some if desired
Black pepper
some if desired

Directions

  1. Slice mackerel into 5mm slices diagonally.
  2. Thinly slice onion, cut carrot into fine strips and salt on it. Once vegetable are soft, wring it dry.
  3. Mix vegetable and mackerel with dressing. Place it onto plate.
  4. Cover salad with sliced lemons to enhance flavor.

Remarks

Best paring with Whisky with Soda
