Ingredients
- Fried oysters
- 4
- Cooked rice
- 200 g
- Nori sheet
- 1
- White sesame seeds
- 25 g
- Sunny lettuce
- 1 leaf
- Carrot, julienned
- 20 g
- Tartar sauce
- 50 g
- Shibazuke pickles, julienned
- 20 g
Directions
- Deep-fry the fried oysters.
- Arrange rice on the nori sheet and sprinkle the entire length with the white sesame seeds.
- Lay some plastic film on top of the nori sheet, rice, and sesame seeds. Carefully turn the whole thing over so that the plastic film is at the bottom and the other side of the nori sheet is on top.
- Put the sunny lettuce on top of the nori sheet.
- Arrange the fried oysters, julienned carrot, tartar sauce, and shibazuke pickles on top of the sunny lettuce.
- Wrap the whole thing into a sushi roll, being careful not to allow the nori to overlap with itself.
- Cut into 3 cm lengths and serve.
