Simple yet fancy. Try this rearranged fish ball recipe with a twist.

Ingredients

Minced sardine fish ball
3 pieces
Shredded mozzarella cheese
some
Dumpling skin

① Whipping cream
30ml
① Olive oil
1 tbsp
① Soy sauce
1/2 tsp
① Salt
pinch
Black pepper
some

Directions

  1. Put all seasoning ① into pot and heat to make sauce. Once boil, turn the heat off.
  2. Wrap shredded mozzarella cheese and sardine fish ball with dumpling skin. Repeat to make three of them.
  3. Press around the edge of dumpling skin with folk.
  4. Boil raviolis for 1 minute.
  5. Once boil, mix with sauce in a pan. Plate and serve.
