- Olive oil

- Garlic, grated

- Sugar
- 10 g
- Lemon
- Several slices
- Salt

- Pepper

Directions
- Coat the sardine fillets with katakuri flour (not on ingredients list) and deep-fry them in 180°C oil. Next, place them in a heat-resistant container, with the vegetables.
- Bring the seasoning to a boil in a saucepan and then pour it over (1) while still hot.
- Add one chili pepper (not on ingredients list) and seal the container.
- Allow to cool.
