Ingredients

Sardine fillets

Onion
As desired
Bell pepper
As desired
"Seasoning: Rice vinegar"
30 ml
Olive oil
30 ml
Water
10 ml
Garlic, grated
5 g
Sugar
10 g
Lemon
Several slices
Salt
A dash
Pepper
A dash

Directions

  1. Coat the sardine fillets with katakuri flour (not on ingredients list) and deep-fry them in 180°C oil. Next, place them in a heat-resistant container, with the vegetables.
  2. Bring the seasoning to a boil in a saucepan and then pour it over (1) while still hot.
  3. Add one chili pepper (not on ingredients list) and seal the container.
  4. Allow to cool.
