The perfect snack for the kids, or when you have guests over. They can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. Just remove from freezer when you wish to eat/serve by frying them in hot oil until golden brown.

Ingredients
- Cream cheese(room temperature)
- 100g
- Mentaiko
- 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped shiso leaf
- 2 tbsp
- Wonton or gyoza wrappers
- 12 wraps
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Combine/mix together, cream cheese, mentaiko and chopped shiso.
- Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes or freezer for 3 minutes.
- Wrap a dollop of mixture into wrappers and fold to your liking, seal with dabs of water.
- Heat oil for frying
- Drop parcels into oil until golden brown.
Remarks
**mixture is easier to handle after it has been chilled
**can be made ahead of time and freezed
**oil can be hotter than usual when frying because everything is cooked. You only need to fry until the wrapper is golden brown.
