Ingredients
- Boiled chickpea
- 400g
- Canned spicy tuna
- 2 cans
- Cilantro
- Optional
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp
- Flour
- 2 tbsp
- Lemon
- 2 wedges
- <Yogurt sauce>
- Combine the following ingredients
- Yogurt
- 50g
- Lemon
- 1 tbsp
- Cucumber (grated)
- 1/2

Directions
- Place chickpea in a food processor and make paste.
- Add cilantro, salt, cumin powder, flour and combine.
- Take out dough from the food processor. Divide into 8 pieces and make patties.
- Heat an extra olive oil in a pan. Shallow-fry the patties.
- Combine all the ingredients of yogurt sauce. Plate and serve with lemon.
