Super quick food processor recipe. Tasty snack served with refreshing yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

Boiled chickpea
400g
Canned spicy tuna
2 cans
Cilantro
Optional
Salt
1/2 tsp
Cumin powder
1/4 tsp
Flour
2 tbsp
Lemon
2 wedges
<Yogurt sauce>
Combine the following ingredients
Yogurt
50g
Lemon
1 tbsp
Cucumber (grated)
1/2
Salt

Directions

  1. Place chickpea in a food processor and make paste.
  2. Add cilantro, salt, cumin powder, flour and combine.
  3. Take out dough from the food processor. Divide into 8 pieces and make patties.
  4. Heat an extra olive oil in a pan. Shallow-fry the patties.
  5. Combine all the ingredients of yogurt sauce. Plate and serve with lemon.
