Ingredients
- Butter
- 5g
- Grapefruits
- 1/8
- Orange
- 1/8
- Sea squirt
- 2 pieces
- Salt
- pinch
Directions
- Strain yogurt using strainer or colandar for about 5 minutes.
- Mix strained yogurt, olive oil, salt and black pepper to make sauce.
- Sprinkle some salt over sea squirt and saute. Once 80% cooked, add butter.
- Plate fruits and sauce topped with sea squirt.
