Ingredients

Smoked Sanriku yellowtail, sliced
80 g
Cucumber
1/2
(For sauce) Taberu rayu (chili oil for eating)
1 Tbsp
(For sauce) Sansho (Japanese pepper) powder
A dash
(For sauce) Black vinegar dressing
2 Tbsp
(For sauce) Peanut butter
1 tsp
Coriander
For decoration
Salt and pepper
A pinch
Sesame oil
2 tsp

Directions

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Chop the cucumber into chunks, transfer it to a bowl, and then mix it with the salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
  3. Transfer (2) to a plate and cover it with thawed slices of smoked yellowtail.
  4. Pour the sauce from (1) over the top and add the coriander.
