Ingredients
- Smoked Sanriku yellowtail, sliced
- 80 g
- Cucumber
- 1/2
- (For sauce) Taberu rayu (chili oil for eating)
- 1 Tbsp
- (For sauce) Sansho (Japanese pepper) powder
- A dash
- (For sauce) Black vinegar dressing
- 2 Tbsp
- (For sauce) Peanut butter
- 1 tsp
- Coriander
- For decoration
- Salt and pepper
- A pinch
- Sesame oil
- 2 tsp
Directions
- Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Chop the cucumber into chunks, transfer it to a bowl, and then mix it with the salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
- Transfer (2) to a plate and cover it with thawed slices of smoked yellowtail.
- Pour the sauce from (1) over the top and add the coriander.
