Ingredients
- Vinegared Mackerel
- 1 piece of fillet
- Flour
- some
- White wine
- 1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- Lemon
- 4 wedges
Directions
- Slice mackerel into 1cm slices diagonally.
- Sift some flour on sliced mackerel.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly brown mackerel. Then sprinkle white wine.
- Add balsamic vinegar and combine it. Arrange sauteed mackerel on a plate. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
Remarks
Try squeezing lemon over it. Tastes even better.
