Vinegared Mackerel sauteed with Balsamic

Vinegared mackerel and balsamic vinegar makes perfect harmony. Super simple recipe.

Ingredients

Vinegared Mackerel
1 piece of fillet
Flour
some
White wine
1 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Lemon
4 wedges

Directions

  1. Slice mackerel into 1cm slices diagonally.
  2. Sift some flour on sliced mackerel.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly brown mackerel. Then sprinkle white wine.
  4. Add balsamic vinegar and combine it. Arrange sauteed mackerel on a plate. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.

Remarks

Try squeezing lemon over it. Tastes even better.
