Ingredients
- Roughly flaked salmon
- 60 g
- Frozen udon noodles
- 1 serving
- Cabbage
- 80 g
- Onion
- 30 g
- Bell pepper
- 1
- Nori flakes
- 1 g
- Salad oil
- As needed
- Sake
- 1/2 Tbsp
- Mirin
- 1/2 Tbsp
- Dashi stock granules
- 1 tsp
- Koikuchi soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp
Directions
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the sake, mirin, dashi stock granules, and koikuchi soy sauce together.
- Add the oil and stir-fry the vegetables.
- When the vegetables start to soften, add the frozen udon noodles and continue to stir-fry.
- When the oil has coated everything, keep stir-frying until all the liquid has evaporated.
