Ingredients

Roughly flaked salmon
60 g
Frozen udon noodles
1 serving
Cabbage
80 g
Onion
30 g
Bell pepper
1
Nori flakes
1 g
Salad oil
As needed
Sake
1/2 Tbsp
Mirin
1/2 Tbsp
Dashi stock granules
1 tsp
Koikuchi soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the sake, mirin, dashi stock granules, and koikuchi soy sauce together.
  3. Add the oil and stir-fry the vegetables.
  4. When the vegetables start to soften, add the frozen udon noodles and continue to stir-fry.
  5. When the oil has coated everything, keep stir-frying until all the liquid has evaporated.
