Ingredients
- Black cod in sweet miso
- 1 fillet
- Heavy cream
- 5 tbsp
- Parmegiano reggiano (grated)
- 4 tbsp
- Garlic
- 1 clove
- Olive oil
- 3 tbsp
- White wine
- 10cc
- Egg
- 2
- Black pepper
- a pinch
- Water
- 1000ml
- Salt (for boil)
- 1 tbsp
Directions
- Cook pasta in boiling water.
- Finely chop garlic.
- Heat olive oil in skillet. Grill cut black cod both sides over low heat.
- Once grilled, remove cod from skillet.
- Add some olive oil in the same skillet. Saute chopped garlic over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour heavy cream and white wine. Cook until alcohol evaporates.
- Cook pasta al dente and add it to skillet. Add cheese. Stir lightly over low heat.
- Turn the heat off. Add egg. Toss and plate.
- Topped with grilled black cod and black pepper.
