Oyster dip

Ingredients

Oyster
5
Cream cheese
200g
Canned scallop
1 can (65g)
Mayonnaise
30g
Anchovy
1 tsp
Dill
to taste
Salt
some
Black pepper
some

Directions

  1. Steam shelled oyster. Let it cool down.
  2. Leave cream cheese out at room temperature. Place it in plastic bag (ziplock bag) and rub until soft.
  3. Add mayonnaise, anchovy, finely chopped dill, canned scallop (including juice) in a bag and rub.
  4. Add chopped oyster, salt and black pepper.
  5. Place mixture on shell and serve.
