Ingredients
- Oyster
- 5
- Cream cheese
- 200g
- Canned scallop
- 1 can (65g)
- Mayonnaise
- 30g
- Anchovy
- 1 tsp
- Dill
- to taste
- Salt
- some
- Black pepper

Directions
- Steam shelled oyster. Let it cool down.
- Leave cream cheese out at room temperature. Place it in plastic bag (ziplock bag) and rub until soft.
- Add mayonnaise, anchovy, finely chopped dill, canned scallop (including juice) in a bag and rub.
- Add chopped oyster, salt and black pepper.
- Place mixture on shell and serve.
