Ingredients

Oyster
1 jar
Steamed rice
300g
Green onion
some
Onion
some
Egg
2
Salt
a pinch
Pepper
a pinch

Directions

  1. Finely chop green onion and onion. Wrap and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes at 600W.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan at high heat. Heat enough until smoke comes out from the pan.
  3. Add beaten eggs in a pan. Also add steamed rice immediately after and mix.
  4. Add salt, pepper, onion and green onion. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Once mixed, add a jar of oyster.
  6. Wait until oysters are warm enough. Once warmed, plate and serve.
