Sardine balls

Vietnamese pho, boiled

Chicken broth granules
5 g
Coriander
10 g
Shiraga-negi (julienned green onion garnish)
10 g

Directions

  1. Boil the noodles.
  2. Heat the soup and sardine balls.
  3. Transfer the noodles to a bowl.
  4. Pour the soup and sardine balls over the noodles.
  5. Garnish with coriander and shiraga-negi to serve.
